
Cashew clafoutis with cherries
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 ÂșC. Grease a flan dish (approx. 20 cm diameter).
If necessary, stone the cherries. Beat the flour, powdered sugar, milk and the egg into a smooth batter. Finally, add the cashew nuts.
Pour the batter into the flan dish. Distribute the cherries over the mixture and sprinkle it with the caster sugar.
Bake the clafoutis in the oven in approx. 25 min.
Serve hot.
