Party nut mixture

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Melt the butter in a large pan over low heat and add the slightly crushed clove of garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Remove the garlic from the butter. Add the remaining ingredients to the butter, toss and mix well. Spread out the nuts on a flat baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Once the nuts start to turn brown, remove them from the oven and allow to cool on kitchen paper.  

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
