Pancakes with nut cheese

Ingredients

  • 200 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese
  • 3 spoons of peanut butter, crunchy
  • 3 spoons of sour cream
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • Butter
  • .5l of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g of wheat flour
  • Salt, sugar, pepper
  • Frying oil

Preparation:

 

Blend the ingredients of the pancake batter, avoiding any lumps, and fry pancakes on a drop of oil. Mix the cottage cheese with the peanut butter, cream and sugar, fill the pancakes and fry them on butter until golden. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar with cranberry or red currant preserve on the side.
