Aamandelnotentapenade

Ingrediënten

  • 100 g amandelen
  • 2 teentjes knoflook
  • 75 g zongedroogde tomaatjes op olie
  • 150 g feta
  • 150 g zwarte olijven
  • 2 eetlepels mayonaise
  • 1 eetlepel olijfolie
  • versgemalen peper en zeezout

Bereiding

Doe alle ingrediënten in een hoge maatbeker en pureer ze met een staafmixer grof.

Als de tapende te dik is voeg dan eventueel nog wat olijfolie of mayonaise toe.

Je kunt de Feta ook vervangen door andere kaassoorten.

Lekker om met kleine toastjes of grof brood te serveren.
