Bessenkwark met cashewkaramel

Bessenkwark met cashewkaramel

Ingrediënten

  • 40 g cashewnoten geroosterd, ongezouten
  • 40 g suiker
  • 240 g magere kwark
  • 160 g yoghurt, 10 % vet
  • 30 g suiker
  • 1 zakje vanillesuiker
  • Schil en sap van een citroen
  • 200 g bessenmix (vers of uit de diepvries)

Bereiding:


1. Hak de cashewnoten in grove stukjes en laat de suiker in een pan (met antiaanbaklaag) smelten. Doe de cashewnoten in de pan en laat ze karamelliseren. Strijk ze hierna vlak uit over een stuk bakpapier en laat ze afkoelen. Hak ze na het afkoelen fijn.



2. Roer kwark, yoghurt, suiker, vanillesuiker, citroenschil en –sap tot een crème.



3. Schep de bessen eronder.



4. Doe het kwarkmengsel in glazen en bestrooi met de cashewkaramel.
