Cashewclafoutis met kersen

Ingrediënten

  • 250 g kersen (eventueel uit pot)
  • boter om in te vetten
  • 80 g bloem
  • 20 g poedersuiker
  • 1 dl halfvolle melk
  • 1 ei
  • 75 g ongezouten cashewnoten, fijngehakt
  • 1 el kristalsuiker

Bereiding

Verwarm de oven voor op 180 ºC. Vet een springvorm (doorsnede ca. 20 cm) in.

Ontpit zo nodig de kersen. Klop een glad beslag van de bloem, poedersuiker, melk en het ei. Voeg op het laatst de cashewnoten toe.

Doe het beslag in de taartvorm. Verdeel de kersen hierover en bestrooi het geheel met de kristalsuiker.

Bak de clafoutis in de oven in ca. 25 min. gaar.

Serveer de clafoutis warm.
