Drakensaus

Ingrediënten

  • 1 middelgrote ui
  • 1 middelgrote augurk
  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 3 eetlepels pindakaas, creamy
  • 50 ml room
  • 1 theelepel sojasaus
  • ¼ theelepel chilivlokken
  • ongeveer 100 ml water
  • zout op smaak

Bereidingswijze:

Ui fijnsnijden en in olie bakken. De augurk in blokjes snijden en bij de ui toevoegen, evenals de pindakaas en alle andere ingrediënten. Goed roeren, laten koken. Mocht de saus te dik zijn, dan water toevoegen.
