Gebakken geitenkaasjes met paranoten

Ingrediënten

  • 4 geitenkaas rondjes, bijv. Bettine Blanc
  • 8 plakjes ontbijtspek
  • 75 g paranoten, grof gehakt
  • vloeibare honing
  • boerenbrood

Bereiding

Verwarm de oven voor op 200˚C.

Wikkel om ieder geitenkaasje 2 plakjes ontbijtspek.

Leg ieder geitenkaasjes apart in een klein ovenschaaltje of meerdere strak tegen elkaar. Dit voorkomt uiteenvallen.

Verdeel de noten erover.

Schenk er vervolgens wat honing op.

Zet de ovenschaaltjes in de oven en bak de geitenkaasjes in 15 minuten goudbruin.

Serveer met lekker boerenbrood.
