Macadamiakoekjes

Ingrediënten

  • 100 g zachte boter
  • 2 pakjes bourbonvanille
  • 50 ml ahornsiroop
  • 1 ei
  • ½ TL bakpoeder
  • 1 snufje zeezout
  • 130 g Tarwemeel type 1050
  • 100 g witte crispchocolade
  • 100 g macadamianoten, geroosterd en gezouten

Bereiding:


1.  Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C (hete lucht 170 °C).

2.  Roer de boter en vanillesuiker schuimig. Voeg de ahornsiroop en het ei al roerend toe. Voeg het meel met bakpoeder en zout toe.

3.  Hak de chocolade klein, halveer de macadamianoten en roer alles door het deeg.

4.  Plaats steeds 1 TL van het deeg met voldoende afstand van elkaar op een van bakpapier voorziene bakplaat.

5.  Bak de koekjes 14-16 minuten.
