Oosterse pistachewraps

Ingrediënten

  • olijfolie
  • 350 g lamsvlees, in reepjes gesneden
  • zout
  • peper
  • 450 g Oosterse groentemix
  • 125 ml Griekse yoghurt
  • 2 teentjes knoflook, uitgeperst
  • 2 el verse munt, fijngesneden
  • 4 wraps
  • 50 g gepelde en gezouten pistachenoten, grof gehakt
  • 75 g gesneden ijsbergsla

Bereiding

Verwarm 1 el olijfolie in een wok en roerbak de vleesreepjes goudbruin. Bestrooi met zout en peper.

Voeg de groentemix toe en roerbak nog 3 min. mee. Maak een yoghurtsausje door de Griekse yoghurt met knoflook en munt te mengen.

Verwarm de wraps even in de magnetron.

Smeer de binnenkant van de wraps in met 1 el van het yoghurtsausje, verdeel de pistachenoten erover en schep het vleesmengsel erop.

Rol de wraps dicht, serveer met de rest van het yoghurtsausje en wat ijsbergsla.
