Penne met paranotensaus

Ingrediënten

  • 150 g penne
  • 100 ml room
  • 150 ml groentebouillon
  • 2 EL bloem
  • Kruidenzout en peper
  • 100 g paranoten, gemalen
  • 20 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
  • 30 g paranoten, grof gehakt

Bereiding:


1. Kook de pasta in zout water beetgaar.

2. Doe de room en de groentebouillon in een pan, voeg de bloem toe, roer alles goed door en breng aan de kook.

3. Kruid het geheel en voeg de gemalen noten toe.

4. Giet de pasta af en verdeel deze over de borden. Giet de notensaus over de pasta en bestrooi met de gehakte paranoten en de geraspte Parmezaanse kaas.
