Pesto van pistachenoten

Ingrediënten

  • 250 g pistaches
  • 100 g geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
  • 40 g verse basilicum (1 bosje)
  • 2 tenen knoflook
  • 250 ml olijfolie
  • een snufje zout
  • een beetje peper


Bereiding:


1. Hak de pistaches in een keukenmachine of vijzel klein.

2. Pureer de pistaches met de overige ingrediënten (basilicum, Parmezaanse kaas en knoflook) in een keukenmachine of met de mixer.

3. Voeg tijdens het mengen zoveel olie toe tot gewenste consistentie is bereikt.

4. Kruid de pesto hierna met zout en peper.


Tip: De pesto van pistaches is het lekkerst in combinatie met spaghetti.
