Pistachenotenrijst

Ingrediënten

  • 300 g basmatirijst
  • olijfolie
  • 500 g lamshoarma
  • 2 paprika’s bijv. groen en rood, in stukjes
  • 70 g pistachenoten, gepeld
  • 10 gewelde abrikozen, in stukjes

Bereiding

Kook de rijst volgens gebruiksaanwijzing.

Verwarm wat olijfolie in een pan en roerbak hierin het vlees gaar en goudbruin.

Schep vervolgens de gekookte rijst, paprikastukjes, pistachenoten en stukjes abrikoos bij het vlees en schep goed door.

Laat alles nog 1 minuut doorwarmen.
