Trostomaten en geitenkaas met walnotendressing

Ingrediënten

  • 6 middelgrote trostomaten, in 16 plakken gesneden
  • 150 g geitenkaas, in 12 plakken gesneden
  • 25 g ongezouten walnoten, geroosterd en grof gehakt
  • 60 ml olijfolie
  • 1 teentje knoflook, uitgeperst
  • 3/2 el frambozenazijn
  • 2 tl dijonmosterd
  • 2 tl grof gehakte verse tijm
  • 2 tl suiker

Bereiding

Leg op elk bord een plak tomaat met daarop een plak geitenkaas. Begin en eindig met een tomaat en stapel tot het op is.

Maak een dressing van de overige ingrediënten en verdeel deze over het geheel.
