Waldorfsalade met walnoten

Ingrediënten

  • 6 el mayonaise
  • sap van ½ sinaasappel
  • 1 el mosterd
  • versgemalen peper en zout
  • 1 knolselderij
  • ½ struik bleekselderij
  • 2 appels
  • 50 g rozijnen
  • 75 g walnoten

Bereiding

Maak een dressing door de mayonaise los te roeren met de sinaasappelsap en de mosterd, voeg eventueel wat water toe als de mayonaise te dik blijft.

Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Maak de knolselderij schoon en snijd deze in reepjes. Blancheer de reepjes knolselderij ± 35 minuten.

Maak de bleekselderij schoon, groen apart houden. Snijd de stengels in dunne plakjes.

Was de appels en snijd ze in partjes.

Verdeel de salade over de bordjes of glazen, schenk de dressing erover en garneer met de rozijnen, walnoten en bleekselderijgroen.
