Walnootmakronen

Ingrediënten

  • 10 eiwitten
  • 500 g poedersuiker
  • 450 g gehakte of gemalen walnoten

Bereiding:


1. Scheid de eieren en klop de eiwitten stijf.

2. Voeg geleidelijk de poedersuiker toe.

3. Roer de massa ca. 15-20 minuten au bain-marie, totdat een vaste consistentie is ontstaan.

4. Schep er de gehakte of gemalen walnoten door.

5. Verdeel de massa met behulp van een spuitzak of twee lepels in kleine porties over een van bakpapier voorziene bakplaat.

6. Bak de makronen op 120 °C ongeveer 60 minuten in de heteluchtoven.
