Zoet-zoute penne

Ingrediënten

  • 250 gram penne
  • 3 eetlepels pindakaas, crunchy
  • 100 ml melk
  • 1 eetlepel honing
  • 1 banaan
  • 100 gram aalbessen

Bereidingswijze:

 

Penne in gezouten water koken, daarna afgieten en met koud water afspoelen. Pindakaas met melk en honing mengen en een beetje opwarmen. De saus over de pasta gieten, de banaan in stukjes snijden en erop leggen samen met aalbessen. Heerlijk zowel koud als warm.
