Ingrediënten

  • 1 bladerdeeg
  • ½ kilo appels
  • ½ pot pindakaas, creamy
  • 2 eetlepels honing
  • 2 eetlepels suiker
  • poedersuiker

Bereidingswijze:

 

Bladerdeeg in drieën vouwen en op een beboterde bakplaat leggen. Twee eetlepels honing en pindakaas opwarmen, goed roeren en over het deeg gieten. Vervolgens stukjes appels erop leggen, met restjes honing gieten en met suiker strooien. Goudbruin bakken in een oven van 180 graden (30-35 minuten). Met poedersuiker strooien.
