  • 75 g orzechów brazylijskich grubo posiekanych
  • Miód
  • Wiejski chleb

Przygotowanie:

Piekarnik rozgrzać do 200˚C.Każdy kawałek sera koziego owinąć 2 plastrami boczku. Każdy kawałek sera umieścić w osobnym żaroodpornym naczyniu, lub w jednym naczyniu, jeden obok drugiego, aby danie się nie rozpadło.Na wierzchu każdego kawałka poukładać orzechy.Polać miodem.Naczynia żaroodporne włożyć do piekarnika i piec ok. 15 minut, aż ser nabierze złotawo-brązowego koloru. Podawać z chrupiącym wiejskim chlebem.
