Brioşe gustoase cu alune braziliene

Ingrediente

  • 175 g făină cu praf de copt
  • 1 linguriţă de praf de copt
  • 1 /2 linguriţă de sare de mare
  • 1 ou
  • 1 /2 dl lapte
  • 100 g brânză de capră fină
  • 150 g bucăţele de şuncă
  • 50 g alune braziliene, fărâmiţate
  • 10 ardei graşi, tocaţi
  • 2 cepe de primăvară, tăiate în rondele mici
  • 2 linguriţe muştar de Dijon
  • 2 -3 linguriţe de sos Tabasco de ardei iute
  • sare şi piper proaspăt măcinate
  • 50 g brânză, rasă
  • forme mici de brioşe

Preparare

Preîncălziţi cuptorul la 200 °C.

Într-un vas, amestecaţi făina cu praful de copt, sarea de mare, oul şi laptele.

Adăugaţi brânza de capră, bucăţelele de şuncă, alunele braziliene, ardeii graşi, cepele de primăvară, muştarul şi sosul Tabasco, amestecându-le cu o spatulă.

Ungeţi formele de brioşe şi turnaţi aluatul înăuntru.

Presăraţi puţin piper, sare şi brînză rasă.

Coaceţi brioşele în mijlocul cuptorului preîncălzit, timp de aprox. 25 de minute.
