Clafoutis cu alune de caju şi cireşe

Ingrediente

  • 250 g cireşe (proaspete sau din brocan)
  • unt pentru a unge tava pentru tarte
  • 80 g făină
  • 20 g zahăr pudră
  • 1 dl lapte semi-degresat
  • 1 ou
  • 75 g alune de caju nesărate, fărâmiţate
  • 1 lingură de zahăr pudră

Preparare

Preîncălziţi cuptorul la 180˚C. Ungeţi o tavă pentru tarte ( aproximativ 20 de cm diametru).

Dacă este nevoie, scoateţi sâmburii cireşelor. Bateţi făina, zahărul pudră, laptele şi oul într-un aluat fin. La sfârşit, adăugaţi alunele de acaju.

Turnaţi aluatul în tava pentru tarte. Împrăştiaţi cireşele peste compoziţie şi presăraţi şi zahărul pudră.

Coaceţi tarta în cuptor timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.

Serviţi fierbinte.
