Ingrediente

  • 4 linguri de migdale, fărâmiţate
  • 8 pere mici, tari
  • sucul de la 1 portocală mare
  • 1 cub de unt nesărat
  • 1 dl lichior de coacăze sau sirop de coacăze negre
  • 2 legături de coacăze negre
  • 2 portocale, decojite şi segmentate

Preparare

Prăjiţi migdalele într-o tigaie până devin arămii. Apoi ţineţi-le separat.

Tăiaţi perele în câte patru, scoţând miezul.

Amestecaţi perele în zeama de portocale.

Topiţi untul şi adăugaţi perele apoi, ţinând zeama separat. Prăjiţi perele până devin moi dar încă îşi păstrează forma. Turnaţi zeama de portocale şi lichiorul de coacăze / siropul de coacăze negre peste pere şi continuaţi să amestecaţi câteva momente. Puneţi perele în patru castroane şi presăraţi deasupra migdalele prăjite.
