Prăjituri cu morcovi şi nuci de macadamia

Ingrediente

  • 280 g zahăr brun fin
  • 185 ml ulei vegetal
  • 3 ouă
  • 200 g făină
  • 5 linguriţe de praf de copt
  • 2 linguriţe de scorţişoară pudră
  • puţină sare
  • 150 g morcovi raşi
  • 75 g nuci de macadamia, nesărate
  • forme de prăjitură
  • amestec de zahăr pentru glazură

Preparare

Preîncălziţi cuptorul la 180°C.

Amestecaţi zahărul şi uleiul timp de 3 minute, până devin o pastă omogenă. Adăugaţi ouăle unul câte unul şi amestecaţi bine.

Adăugaţi făina, praful de copt, pudra de scorţişoară şi sarea la amestecul de ulei şi zahăr.

Adăugaţi la amestec şi morcovul ras şi nucile de macadamia.

Împărţiţi amestecul pe formele de prăjitură şi coaceţi-l în cuptorul preîncălzit timp de aprox. 20 de minute. Testaţi dacă prăjiturile sunt gata.

Preparaţi glazura urmând instrucţiunile de pe plic, şi glazuraţi prăjiturile cu pipeta.
