Roşii cu brânză de capră şi sos de nuci

Ingrediente

  • 6 roşii de mărime medie, tăiate în câte 16 felii
  • 150 g brânză de capră, tăiată în 12 felii
  • 25 g nuci nesărate, prăjite şi fărâmiţate
  • 1 căţel de usturoi, pisat
  • 2 /2 oţet de zmeură
  • 2 linguriţe de muştar Dijon
  • 2 linguriţe de cimbru proaspăt
  • 2 linguriţe de zahăr

Preparare

Pe fiecare farfurie puneţi câte o felie de roşie, cu o felie de brânză de capră deasupra. Acoperiţi-le apoi cu roşie.

Presăraţi deaupra sosul preparat din celelalte ingrediente.
