Salată de somon cu fistic şi pesto

Ingrediente

  • 50 g fistic prăjit, în coajă
  • 75 g lăptuci
  • 1 linguriţă de zeamă de lămâie
  • 2 căţei de usturoi
  • ulei de măsline
  • 4 file-uri de somon mici

Preparare

Preîncălziţi gratarul la 220°C.

Cu un mixer sau un robot de bucătărie, faceţi pesto din fistic, lăptuci, zeama de lămâie, usturoi şi puţin ulei de măsline.

Prăjiţi file-urile de somon până capătă o culoare maronie şi sunt gata pentru a fi servite.

Distribuiţi lăptucile rămase pe farfurii, puneţi file-urile de somon deasupra şi serviţi cu puţin pesto.
