Tortilla cu alune de caju

Ingrediente

  • 2 tortilla
  • 100 g spanac proaspăt
  • 100 g brânză feta, tăiată cubuleţe
  • 2 cepe, tăiate rondele
  • 50 alune de acaju sărate, fărâmiţate
  • piper proaspăt măcinat

Preparare

Preîncălziţi cuptorul la 200˚C.

Puneţi o tortilla pe o tavă de copt acoperită cu hârtie pentru copt. Puneţi spanacul pe tortila şi întindeţi pe acesta cuburile de feta, inelele de ceapă şi alunele de acaju. Adăugaţi după gust piper proaspăt măcinat. Acoperiţi cu cealaltă tortilla şi puneţi în cuptorul preîncălzit timp de 10 minute, până ce partea de deasupra se închide puţin la culoare.

Scoateţi din cuptor, tăiaţi în patru şi serviţi cu o salată asortată.
